Requirements:
  • 5+ years of substantive legal experience in technology licensing, security, and privacy, preferably in-house.
  • 3+ years of experience with software contracting.
  • Deep knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, including CCPA and NYCRR.
  • Working knowledge of the SaaS industry, cybersecurity concepts, and security certifications, specifically HITRUST.
