Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Development, or similar role at a SaaS company.
  • Proficient in building relationships, mitigating churn, and driving adoption using data.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and/or support teams for client needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Hubspot preferred.
  • Technically adept with experience in technical products is a plus.
  • Results-driven mentality, ability to work independently and remotely.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a large portfolio of SMB customers, helping them achieve their goals and drive business outcomes.
  • Drive growth, net revenue retention, and product adoption across our SMB portfolio.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve our SMB go-to-market machine.
  • Maintain and build systems for metrics tracking and proactive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create a holistic view of customers.
  • Develop communication cadences to monitor adoption trends and account health.
  • Support trial customers, conversions, and expansion opportunities.
