- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, account/relationship Management, or similar role at a SaaS Company.
- Experience working with developer tools or technical products is a must.
- Salesforce, Outreach, and Hubspot experience is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with Sales and/or support teams to understand client needs.
- Strong relationship-building skills to mitigate churn and drive renewals.
- Exceptional communication skills, organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.

- Motivate customers to act as Timescale advocates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customers.
