Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of B2B relationship management experience.
  • Experience working with media organizations is a plus.
  • Skills in consultative relationship building and customer demos.
  • Recognized expertise in digital media and analytics.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with stakeholders.
  • Experience with scaled Customer Success models is a plus.
  • Strong urgency, resiliency, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) management.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify product optimization opportunities and standardize offerings.
  • Negotiate annual renewals while assessing upsell potential.
  • Flag at-risk accounts and collaborate on retention strategies.
  • Understand customer business challenges and offer proactive engagement.
