- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant pricing experience preparing cost budgets and proposals primarily for the Department of State is preferred.
- Experience using U.S. Government-provided cost templates and building complex cost models from scratch required.
- Understanding of U.S. Government regulations related to cost proposals (FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA).
- Demonstrated ability to prepare several bids at once despite shifting deadlines and priorities.
- Experience pricing various contract types including FFP, FP-LOE, T&M, FP-LH, CPFF, CPAF, Cost Reimbursable.
- Experience pricing non-U.S. clients preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively under time-critical deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel skills.
- Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel with limited notice.
- The Pricing Analyst will collaborate with proposal teams—including foreign partners—to prepare competitive bids for Federal Government contracts, primarily for the Department of State.
- They will review U.S. Government requests for proposal (RFP) and invitations for bid (IFB) to determine specific cost requirements and ensure compliance with all RFP requirements.
- The role includes analyzing proposals for accuracy, compliance, and reasonableness, and developing formats for cost proposal data.
- The analyst will secure current and relevant indirect rates, formulate pricing solutions and models for client RFPs, and interpret pricing requirements.
- Additionally, they will work with subcontractors to obtain pricing for cost components, coordinate with teams for basis of estimates, prepare pricing data, and participate in cost strategy meetings.
