  • 8+ years experience in enterprise software
  • B.S degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with ERP applications (CONTROL, SAP, ORACLE, etc.)
  • Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, PL/SQL, JAVA, etc.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle databases
  • Hands-on experience with scripting and debugging tools
Responsibilities:
  • Provide product support from initial entry through resolution
  • Coordinate problem-solving efforts and communicate with customers
  • Analyze data and run tests to find root causes
  • Document all activities related to issue resolution
  • Recommend and execute actions for more complex resolutions
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer with team members
