Requirements:

• 3-5 years supporting complex technical applications in a production environment.
• Minimum of 2 years working with Linux systems and shell programming.
• Experience with SQL, Toad, Splunk, and alert/event monitoring.
• Experience with payment systems is a plus.
• Support experience with both physical and virtual server environments.
• Full systems engineering lifecycle experience including requirements, analysis, system design, build, monitoring, and support procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and mentor junior co-workers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full life-cycle project management of server-based applications used by the Savings & Membership Department.
• Provide on-call support during outages and for scheduled changes.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to develop and maintain applications.
• Apply engineering principles in system design and enhancement.
• Document system components and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with security and industry standards.
• Perform engineering tasks to support business needs.
• Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution efforts.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
