Requirements:
  • Full-time law student who will be entering their 2L or 3L year at a nationally-accredited law school following completion of the internship.
  • Strong academic record and excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter who delivers quality work and excels in a team environment.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and creative with strong project management skills.
  • Aptitude for developing cross-functional relationships and solving practical problems.
Responsibilities:
  • Work on a wide range of legal issues across the company, primarily focusing on reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts.
  • Collaborate with different teams to drive strategic business and legal initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc legal requests of varying sizes and types, covering areas like product counseling, regulatory, employment, compliance, litigation, privacy, and corporate matters.
  • Present work product to the Legal team and other stakeholders.
