Requirements:
  • Around 1 years experience in a professional environment, preferably on the phone or public speaking.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience developing leads through targeted direct outreach and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.

  • Contact 30+ prospects daily via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach forms.
  • Qualify pre-opportunities by identifying Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeframe.
  • Generate pipeline through marketing programs and coordinate meetings with Account Executives.
  • Research and build new and existing accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, and making strategic calls.
