Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of APAC country employment and labor laws, benefits/payroll processes, and employment contracts.
  • Understanding of Employment Agreements in various jurisdictions is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
  • The APAC Onboarding Operations team will report to you, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Responsible for the performance of the APAC Onboarding Operations Specialists and support team, ensuring quality standards and targets are met.
  • Act as an escalation point for onboarding challenges, collaborating cross-functionally to find solutions.
  • Work with managers to push forward operational change projects.
  • Utilize data for decision-making and performance tracking, producing regular reports for leadership.
  • Continuously identify and implement process and customer experience improvements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on employee onboarding and escalations.
  • Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Identify and roll out automation opportunities in workflows.
