Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluency in English with professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of general Medicaid eligibility and application processes.
• Understanding of financial assets relevant to Medicaid eligibility.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage heavy workloads.
• Proficient in project management and case management skills.
• Working knowledge of Adobe editing programs, Microsoft Excel, and Google apps.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of up to 40 clients focusing on pre-application eligibility strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients' Intake Questionnaires and financial information.
• Create customized eligibility plans based on calculations and state guidelines.
• Review client documents for Medicaid LTC compliance.
• Research Medicaid regulations and meet regularly with clients to guide them.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure correct application processing.
• Track case details using CRM and attend weekly staff meetings.
