Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in social work, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicaid, healthcare, or social services.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse populations.
• Proficient with case management software and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with information on Medicaid eligibility and benefits.
• Manage Medicaid renewal process for existing clients and address inquiries.
• Maintain records of verification processes and update patient records in Salesforce.
• Serve as a point of contact for Medicaid inquiries and advocate for clients.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve issues related to Medicaid.
