Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience as SDR or BDR, or a Bachelor’s Degree and relevant work experience.
• Enthusiastic and vibrant attitude.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal, organization and follow-up skills.
• Strong prospecting skills.
• Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, Chorus, or other related enablement technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Typical SDR daily workflow and related outbound activities.
• Heavy outbound sales-driven role.
• Manage campaigns, cadences, and pipeline for outbound purposes.
• Stay informed of all new product information.
• Be accountable for your outbound targets.
• Other duties as assigned.
