Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment and labor-related laws and regulations.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, organizational, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity and professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel at least 15+% of the year.
Responsibilities:
  • Review, track, and document compliance with training and assessments.
  • Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Organize employee onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Support employees on HR-related topics and resolve issues.
  • Analyze HR metrics and develop reports.
  • Implement new hire orientation and recognition programs.
  • Administer human resource programs and performance management.
  • Train managers on performance reviews and employee development.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and administer compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with Finance/Payroll for budget compliance and payroll processing.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assist the HR Director with various tasks.
