Requirements:

  • Manage the Partner Integrations Portfolio product management team.

  • Establish relationships with partner companies for integration strategy and roadmap.
  • Translate market requirements into prioritized product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Team on integration strategy.
  • Manage backlog with Aha and Jira, converting to Epics, Features, and User Stories.
  • Ensure requirements are clear for Engineering and delivered according to practices.
  • Develop product business cases for new initiatives.
  • Lead products through new product introduction process with Program Management.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Sales on positioning and pricing.
  • Ensure deployment of integrated adapters and APIs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide product expertise for sales engagements and conferences.
  • Adopt a hands-on approach from requirement definition to product direction.
  • Manage and coach the product management team, assessing performance.
