Requirements:
  • 10+ years in software product management, with at least 5 years managing a SaaS product.
  • Direct management experience of a product management team for at least 2 years.
  • Knowledge of and experience working with CRM/CSM vendors such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and Zendesk.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative software solutions to market.
  • Understanding of voice protocols including SIP, WebRTC, and gRPC.
  • Experience in building applications on public cloud platforms like GCP and AWS.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across organizations and management levels.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Partner Integrations Portfolio product management team, defining strategy and objectives.
  • Develop, publish and maintain the Product Roadmap in collaboration with the broader Product Team.
  • Establish relationships with partner companies and define integration strategy.
  • Translate customer and market requirements into prioritized product requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Team on partner integration strategy and priorities.
  • Utilizing Aha and Jira, manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure development aligns with best practices.
  • Develop product business cases for funding and resources.
  • Lead product introduction process in partnership with Program Management and Go-to-Market Team.
  • Work with Product Marketing on product positioning and pricing.
  • Ensure deployment of partner integration adapters aligns with global expansion.
  • Understand industry trends to align product roadmap.
  • Provide product expertise for sales engagements and presentations.
  • Adopt a hands-on approach from requirements definition to strategic direction.
