• Considerable risk and control experience with consumer financial products.

• Resilience and comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

• Innovating and improving the effectiveness of existing change governance processes.
• Coordinating product governance and oversight meetings.
• Reporting product change management information for executive audiences.
• Overseeing training programs in change management practices.
• Supporting product squads and risk partners in compliance with governance.
• Enhancing controls to protect customer and business needs.
• Embedding regulatory and operational risk practices into the culture.
• Ensuring governance-related requirements are met.
