Requirements:

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing change initiatives in large, complex financial institutions.
• Experience in identifying iterative improvements for product change management.
• Experience organizing and managing risk governance meetings and writing executive commentary.
• Considerable risk and control experience with consumer financial products.
• Ability to apply a data-led approach to risk management.
• Excellent collaboration skills in a matrix organization.
• Ability to work independently and make prioritization decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Innovating and improving on the effectiveness of existing change governance processes for product types and geographies.
• Coordinating product governance and oversight meetings.
• Iterating and reporting product change MI for an executive audience and collaborating with risk partners.
• Overseeing change training programs for Monzonauts.
• Supporting product squads and risk partners in compliance activities.
• Enhancing controls to protect customer and business needs.
• Embedding regulatory and operational risk practices.
