FP&A Analyst

Requirements:

• 3-5 years overall experience in public company or high-growth startup FP&A, Strategic Finance, or other Corporate Finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong business acumen with problem-solving skills beyond just numbers.
• Self-starter with a bias for action and ability to implement enterprise-level financial infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis with financial modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Experience with NetSuite and EPM tools such as Planful, Adaptive, or Hyperion preferred.
• Preferred working knowledge of real estate and/or hospitality investment analysis and financial metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Support the FP&A team and senior leadership on ongoing functional planning, analysis, and reporting needs.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations, including work to be presented to company executives and the Board of Directors.
• Develop and maintain department-specific financial models and dashboards.
• Maintain company operating model and assist with raising equity and debt capital.
• Work with multiple teams to identify risks to property-level P&Ls and implement strategies for improvement.
• Analyze financial results, monitor variances, and recommend actions to management.
• Assist in analyzing potential investments including market and financial analyses.
• Perform acquisition due diligence.
