Requirements:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations for the company.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
  • Lead the consolidation of financials for multiple business entities.
  • Draft and review notes to financial statements ensuring accurate disclosures.
  • Oversee multi-entity revenue recognition and foreign exchange accounting.
  • Support the Senior Director of Finance in preparing financial reports.
  • Maintain and enforce internal controls for data integrity.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and processes.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management.
  • Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance.
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects as needed.
