- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years of cardiovascular sales experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Structural Heart, TEVAR, EVAR, TCAR, or endovascular.
- Experience with TAVI/Transcatheter valve industry case support of 300+ cases.
- Demonstrates clinical competency and understanding of aortic stenosis disease.
- Strong sales performance, organization, and communication skills.
- Must satisfy vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination.
- Ensure the assigned territory meets or exceeds sales and clinical objectives of the Structural Heart TAVI division.
- Manage commercial accounts and trial sites, reporting to the Regional Sales Director.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to identify account opportunities and achieve sales goals.
- Coordinate activities with Clinical Sales Specialists and regional Clinical Lead Specialist.
- Develop and implement customer-focused sales and clinical strategies.
- Provide customer quarterly business reviews and actionable sales plans.
- Utilize SFDC program and sales tools to manage the process.
- Provide on-site training and support during TAVI procedures.
- Build customer relationships and collaborate with hospital departments.
- Participate in meetings, trade shows, and educational events.
