Requirements:
  • Be an active, independent California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
  • Hold permanent residence within a state in which Foresight operates (CA residence required for hybrid).
  • Not have opted out from Medicare.
  • Have access to reliable internet and proficiency with technology, including EHR and tools like Zoom and Google Suite.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, virtually or in-person.
  • Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
  • Complete progress notes and reassess treatment plans as clients progress.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians in an interdisciplinary care approach.
  • Submit all client documentation within 72 hours of a visit.
  • Maintain caseload requirements based on employment agreement.
  • Manage caseload, including scheduling and client communications.

  • Manage caseload, including schedule maintenance, charge slips, and communication with clients regarding balances and attendance.
