Requirements:

• Be an active, independent California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
• Hold permanent residence within a state in which Foresight operates (CA residence required for hybrid).
• Not have opted out from Medicare.
• Access to reliable and stable internet and proficiency with technology, including EHR tools, Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce.
• Commitment to client-centered care and a desire for professional development in trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, virtually or in-person (at select locations).
• Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and develop treatment plans, completing progress notes.
• Ongoing reassessment and updates to treatment plans as clients progress.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to care.
• Submit all client documentation within 72 hours of a client visit.
• Maintain caseload requirements based on employment agreement.
• Manage caseload, including schedule maintenance, charge slips, and communication with clients regarding balances and attendance.
