Requirements:
  • Must be an active, independent California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
  • Hold permanent residence within a state where Foresight operates; California residence required for hybrid roles.
  • Not opted out from Medicare.
  • Access to reliable internet, proficiency with EHR, Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, both virtually and in-person.
  • Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
  • Complete progress notes and update treatment plans as clients progress.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach.
  • Manage client documentation and maintain caseload requirements.

  • Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and develop treatment plans, completing progress notes.
  • Ongoing reassessment and updates to treatment plans as clients progress.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to care.
  • Submit all client documentation within 72 hours of a client visit.
  • Maintain caseload requirements based on employment agreement.
  • Manage caseload, including schedule maintenance, charge slips, and communication with clients regarding balances and attendance.
