Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an RPA Developer, with exposure to business analysis tasks preferred.
• Proficiency with RPA tools like UiPath.
• Familiarity with automation processes.
• Experience in creating and documenting business, user, system, and transition requirements.
• Knowledge of process modeling standards like BPMN and familiarity with tools like Jira.
• Basic understanding of AI principles and practices.
• Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian is a must.
• At least B2 level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RPA workflows to enhance business processes.
• Develop test cases and criteria for automated solutions.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for RPA projects.
• Analyze existing processes to identify RPA opportunities in digital marketing.
• Develop user stories and functional specifications.
• Conduct ROI analysis and track metrics for automation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and expectations.
• Create training materials for RPA solutions.
• Support the organizational understanding of RPA implementations.
