Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an RPA Developer, with exposure to business analysis tasks preferred.
• Proficiency with RPA tools like UiPath and familiarity with automation processes.
• Experience creating and documenting requirements (business, user, system, transition).
• Knowledge of process modeling standards like BPMN and tools like Jira.
• Basic understanding of AI principles and practices.
• Russian or Ukrainian proficiency is a must.
• At least B2 level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RPA workflows to improve business processes.
• Develop test cases and criteria to assess automated solutions.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for RPA projects.
• Analyze existing processes to identify RPA opportunities in digital marketing.
• Develop user stories and functional specifications.
• Conduct ROI analysis and metrics tracking for automation projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Create training materials for RPA solutions.
• Support organizational understanding of RPA implementations.
