Responsibilities:
  • Gather and report data on key projects using tools such as Salesforce, IronClad, and Snowflake.
  • Oversee program deliverables, define scope, and manage expectations for successful product migrations.
  • Lead and execute billing systems initiatives to support diverse product and pricing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with cross-functional teams acting as POC for Business Systems team.
  • Leverage project management tools to deliver updates on internal projects and product launches.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement efforts in operational processes.
  • Support product launch preparations by engaging in system testing and documentation.
  • Document workflows and process enhancements related to quoting, billing, and provisioning systems.
  • Develop business requirements for system workflows and process enhancements to automate operations.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and collaboration within a remote working environment.
