Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with business systems, focusing on the commerce-to-cash process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative while collaborating closely with teammates.
• Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC), SQL, Snowflake, and reporting tools.
• Strong skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organization.
• Skilled in reporting, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Knowledgeable in Quote-to-Cash processes and systems.
• Extensive cross-functional experience with collaboration skills across management levels.
• Able to synthesize complex information and handle ambiguity.
• Experienced in system implementations, user acceptance testing, and documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and report data on key projects using tools such as Salesforce, IronClad, and Snowflake.
• Oversee program deliverables, define scope, and manage expectations for successful product migrations.
• Lead billing systems initiatives for diverse product and pricing strategies.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage project management tools for updates on internal projects.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Support product launch preparations through system testing and documentation.
• Document workflows and process enhancements.
• Develop business requirements for workflows aiming to automate and scale operations.
• Demonstrate adaptability and influence in a remote environment.
