  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Top-notch project management skills for reporting and process improvement.
  • Ability to independently solve issues and engage stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of benefits plan designs.
  • Understanding of benefits contract language.
  • Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:

  • Design, recommend, and implement new benefits programs.
