Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an operations role, preferably in product operations, project management, or solutions engineering.
  • Proven track record in managing the execution of product lifecycles from concept to market launch.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience leading pilot programs and ensuring thorough UAT testing for product validation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in product management software and tools.
  • Experience managing Product Briefs and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience developing templates and operational processes for consistency and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and streamline the entire product lifecycle, ensuring effective execution from initial feedback triage to final product launch.
  • Ensure product scoping meets all criteria for Product Briefs and Product Requirements Documents, integrating input from both commercial teams and product users.
  • Lead the scoping, management, and execution of pilot programs, working closely with PMs and client teams to test and validate new products before market launch.
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to develop and refine templates, standards, and best practices for operational excellence.
  • Ensure thorough UAT is completed for all products and features before market release.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Client teams for alignment and execution of product strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize product operations processes and enhance cross-functional communication.
  • Support the development and maintenance of critical documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and best practices.
