Requirements:
  • At least six years of work experience in finance, consulting, technology, or operations.
  • Fluency in both English and German; other European languages are highly valuable.
  • Good understanding of the financial markets in Europe, especially Germany.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the key payment product in our Germany market.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including member support, financial crime, finance, tech, product, suppliers, and Tide Members.
  • Support Product Managers in managing cross-functional technical projects.
  • Engage with external partners to agree on SLAs and performance.
  • Interact with VP level and present research to internal and external audiences.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Provide support to the Operations community worldwide.
