Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Military experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements.
• 5 years of experience required.
• Ability to collaborate within the broader RP BD Team and across business units.
• Experience with a growth organization to respond to federal requirements.
• Ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret large amounts of information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Energy, drive, and dedication to overcome obstacles.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.

Responsibilities:

• Grow RP’s base of US federal business by supporting the entire business development process.
• Track, categorize, score, and continuously monitor new business opportunities from various sources.
• Collaborate with the Growth organization to respond to task orders across RP’s Contract Vehicles.
• Research priority agencies, programs, and contacts to support agency leads on business development activities.
• Uphold RP’s standard operating procedures for business development.
• Support ongoing capture and partnership activities.
• Maintain broad knowledge of current market conditions and customers.
• Prepare for meetings with partners, teammates, and customers by drafting correspondence and scheduling.
• Represent RP at events and report back on findings.
• Create content for proposals, presentations, pitches, and events.
