  • 3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and coaching teams.
  • Understanding of game genres and player personas.
  • Knowledge of community and social channel analytics.
  • Proven record in establishing and growing communities.
  • Experience in Outsourcing/BPO is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills and digital marketing technology awareness.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the design and implementation of successful community teams and strategies.
  • Establish and track KPIs for measuring progression and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the PTW Community department to identify and propose innovative solutions.
  • Develop a Centre of Excellence for community management.
  • Lead and mentor Community Managers, establishing best practices for community development.
  • Track community performance KPIs and present regular reports.
  • Coordinate moderation best practices and conduct benchmark assessments.
