- 5-8 years Community Manager experience within the gaming industry.
- 3+ years managing, mentoring, and coaching people.
- Understanding of game genres and player personas.
- Knowledge of community and social channel analytics.
- Measurable success in growing communities.
- Experience in Outsourcing/BPO is a plus.
- Strong presentation and speaking skills.
