- Proven experience as a sales representative with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in the BPO industry, Accounting & Finance, and/or Customer Service, IT is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

- The focus of this position is developing prospects through referral network nurturing, expos and conferences, partner channel development, and other programs.
- Engage in deeper conversations with prospects to overcome objections and set appointments.
- Prepare presentations for RFPs and engage in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
- Present, promote, and sell services of the BPO industry using solid arguments.
- Stay knowledgeable and updated on changes and developments in B2B infrastructure.
- Keep management informed of all activity with timely preparation of reports.
