Requirements:
  • 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a healthcare or technology company.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required.
  • Additional certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Developer, or CPQ Specialist desired but not required.
  • Extensive experience building flow and other automation inside of Salesforce.
  • Track record of managing cross-departmental needs and delivering high-value solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
  • Ability to thrive as the only dedicated full-time resource devoted to Salesforce.
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful; able to find creative ways to make a big impact quickly.
  • Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the technical side of the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Help build custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, integrations, price books, opportunity products, and more.
  • Document CRM process, enhancement schedule, and ticketing.
  • Regularly collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to enhance usage and optimization of the CRM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
  • Train new hires on the usage of Salesforce.
