Requirements:
  • Experience in Benefits Administration or Benefit Design and Implementation.
  • Strong commercial acumen to assess business impacts and negotiate terms.
  • Top-notch project management skills.
  • Analytical skills and thorough knowledge of plan designs.
  • Ability to evaluate and make judgments on proposals (RFPs).
  • Knowledge of benefits contract language.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Research employee benefits plans and vendors to identify those that present the best value.
  • Design, recommend and implement new benefits programs while examining plan designs and cost changes.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive plans and rates.
  • Serve as primary contact for plan vendors and administrators.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Analyze current benefits, evaluate effectiveness and competitive trends, and forecast future needs.
  • Provide customer service support and enhance communication of the benefits package.
  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
