Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • MBA, CPA, and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications are highly preferred.
  • Strong accounting and finance background with experience in back-office processes.
  • Understanding of inventory management in wholesale and retail.
  • Proficient in risk management and analysis of complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to team development and adaptability in startup environments.
  • Strong process and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee timely and accurate subledger close processes ensuring adherence to GAAP.
  • Lead development and analysis of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Oversee cash forecasting and budgeting processes, providing insights to meet financial objectives.
  • Establish inventory accounting policies, monitor inventory accuracy, and improve processes.
  • Manage procurement, vendor relations, and logistics, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
