Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years accounting experience; SaaS experience a plus.
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and/or CPA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; exposure to multi-national corporations a plus.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite required.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the monthly close process in NetSuite.
  • Post monthly journal entries for revenue, expense, and balance sheet accounts.
  • Maintain offline close schedules in Excel.
  • Reconcile accounts and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure financial statement accuracy.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely handling of payables and invoices.
  • Manage AR/AP specialist.
  • Ensure relevant activity is properly captured in NetSuite.
  • Support annual corporate tax filings and complete monthly and quarterly sales tax filings.
  • Support annual audit and interact with external technical accounting advisors, tax team, and auditors.
  • Support and implement process improvement and automation projects.
  • Work with leadership to establish and implement internal controls.
