Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive or leadership coaching, ideally within the nonprofit or social sector.
  • Proven track record of helping leaders build capacity and create meaningful, measurable change within their organizations.
  • Strong understanding of challenges faced by nonprofits and social sector organizations, including resource constraints, mission alignment, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Familiarity with coaching tools, models, and assessments to support leadership development.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand leaders’ strengths and development areas, and collaboratively establish clear, measurable goals aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Guide leaders in developing essential skills such as communication, team building, conflict resolution, and change management.
  • Help leaders create actionable plans that align with their organization’s mission, values, and objectives.
  • Develop tailored coaching programs based on each client’s unique goals and challenges, providing tools and frameworks for lasting impact.
  • Participate in feedback sessions with Stronger Consulting’s team to share insights and refine approaches based on client needs and coaching outcomes.
