• Experience or knowledge of working with autistic individuals or in a healthcare setting.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, particularly in email or chat support.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of timely and professional communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage time, and multitask.
• Open to varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Access to a quiet home workspace and reliable technology, including a strong internet connection.
• Familiarity with customer service best practices and relevant technologies.
• Preferred familiarity with Hubstaff as a time tracking tool.

• Provide exceptional support to the community through email and chat interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely and effective resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
