Responsibilities:
  • The Payroll team will report to you and you will provide them with guidance and mentorship.
  • Own the complete payroll function to ensure processing on time and in compliance with regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on payroll-related matters.
  • Lead the Payroll team, supporting and unblocking them as needed.
  • Stay updated on international payroll laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with payroll, accounting, and payroll service providers.
  • Develop and implement best practices, key performance indicators, and SLA metrics for the team.
