Requirements:

  • Legislation expertise in the respective region.
  • Proficient in local payroll tools and software such as SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational processes and reporting for the region.
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory and third-party payments.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to employees and customers.
  • Maintain country knowledge pages.
  • Experience in accounting and reconciliations.
  • Focus on KPIs and SLAs while implementing and improving processes.
  • Mentor and support payroll specialists.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform and document changes.
