Requirements:
  • BS/BA required.
  • 5+ years of business development experience working with food and beverage manufacturers in selling contract manufacturing and/or private label and packaging services.
  • Understanding of packaging and the details of bringing a new project online.
  • Strong sales and process-driven with an understanding of accountability, reporting, and internal communication.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, data analysis, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
  • Proven experience in critical thinking for complex opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing new and existing sales of private label and co-manufacturing services to beverage manufacturers.
  • Address all the details of bringing a new project online.
  • Nurture customer relationships and manage account direction.
  • Understand customer goals and long-term business strategies.
  • Collaboratively work with the executive team to profitably grow company revenues.
  • Manage internal communication plans, monthly reporting, and sales activity tracking.
