Requirements:
  • 4+ years in sales training, enablement or related field.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Solution Selling.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English).
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering sales training programs.
  • Strong project and change management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence and motivate sales teams, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Experience using modern CRM, sales engagement, and e-Learning tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs and training for new partners, ensuring they understand our products, value proposition, and sales processes.
  • Work with our Alliances team to develop partner enablement programs and identify opportunities to increase revenue generated by partners.
  • Partner with our Americas sales leadership to define regional enablement needs, and design and deliver enablement programs to meet those needs.
  • Create and maintain sales and partner enablement resources, ensuring materials are accessible, relevant, and aligned with the needs of the target audience.
  • Develop and track tangible KPIs to measure and report on the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Plan and execute events, such as training sessions, and support in organizing our annual global Sales Kick-Off.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of all enablement activities.
