Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Champion the development and execution of enablement strategies for the region.
  • Identify improvement areas and partner with stakeholders to implement strategies.
  • Integrate GTM strategies into training programs.
  • Conduct training sessions on core selling skills.
  • Partner with managers to assess rep skills and create development plans.
  • Support pipeline reviews and provide strategic deal guidance.
  • Conduct call shadowing for performance feedback.
  • Relay field insights to optimize resources.
  • Assess and report on enablement initiatives' impact.
  • Develop and deliver SKO breakout sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Enablement Team to streamline sales processes.

  • Partner with our Americas sales leadership to define regional enablement needs, and design and deliver enablement programs to meet those needs.
  • Create and maintain sales and partner enablement resources, ensuring materials are accessible, relevant, and aligned with the needs of the target audience.
  • Develop and track tangible KPIs to measure and report on the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Plan and execute events, such as training sessions, and support in organizing our annual global Sales Kick-Off.
