Requirements:
  • Experience in renewals, sales, or account management at a SaaS company.
  • Experience managing a book of business including SMB and Enterprise Level accounts.
  • Comfortable negotiating and talking with procurement departments.
  • High confidence in managing customer quoting, contracts, and terms.
  • Strong customer-facing acumen and communication skills.
  • High proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Project manage the renewal experience in partnership with Customer Success Manager and Account Executive.
  • Retain and increase subscription revenue through multiyear contracts and price increases.
  • Migrate customers from legacy plans to new packaging and pricing.
  • Identify and manage lengthy renewal scenarios to maintain a high on-time renewal rate.
  • Update renewal forecast weekly and report to management.
  • Leverage renewal activities to promote upsells alongside Account Executives.
  • Create proposals and contracts for customer renewals.
  • Iterate and provide feedback on the renewal experience.
