Requirements:
  • Previous work experience in account management or sales.
  • Experience with fintech solutions and financial services.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and the SquareDash billing and claim funding portal.
  • Knowledge of job management software such as Roofr, AccuLynx, and JobNimbus (preferred).
  • Experience in the roofing, restoration, or construction industry (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering insights, recommendations, and solutions to optimize their financial operations.
  • Client Retention: Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities to expand our services.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, consistently delivering results.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on account performance, revenue growth, and client feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, marketing, finance, and credit, to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
