Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (business and/or analytical discipline preferred).
- Relevant experience calling on US National Retailers, Target and Best Buy, required.
- Smart Home of Consumer electronics experience preferred.
- 2-5 years of professional work experience working in sales or analytics.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams.
- Proficient computer skills - MS Office, SAP; advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in English.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and consistently improve customer and internal relationships to grow TP-Link’s business.
- Strengthen relationships with Retail Partners by training, developing new accounts, and creating sales opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to problem solve and drive results.
- Manage sales, inventory, and forecast by reviewing retailer weekly sales and inventory.
- Analyze the market and make recommendations based on monthly NPD reporting.
- Track promotions of competition and develop promotional plans for retailers.
