- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, communications, marketing, or related field or additional experience in lieu of degree is required.
- 5+ years of experience as a recruiter is required, with at least 3 years of experience with a SaaS or technology start up.
- Experience using ATS (Workable) required.
- Experience building out best practice talent acquisition processes in a fluid start-up environment required.
- Experience recruiting for a remote workforce required.
- Experience in fuel management or fuel logistics space is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies and employer branding.
- Manage full cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Oversee the candidate experience ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and implement an equitable interview process that can be repeated and tracked through the applicant tracking system.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and outbound sourcing to identify and attract candidates.
- Develop an understanding of internal team needs to target best fit candidates.
- Proactively reach out to ideal candidates to build relationships.
- Review candidate resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with Titan leaders to understand their talent needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/HRIS.
- Promote Titan Cloud Software as an employer of choice.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Assist with People Ops special projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
